Living is difficult. So is dying.

Sasha has always been different. Ever since her birthday party and her family traumatized her by killing her birthday present. Her family is worried she won’t be able to take care of herself when they are gone, so the come to the harsh decision to cut her off and force her to live with her cousin to learn how to hunt and survive. But Sasha can’t make herself do it. Until she meets Paul.

Paul is a loner. Bullied and singled out by others making his life harder, he just wants to die and get it over with. He tries, but he’s not able to see it through. Until he meets Sasha.

Paul wants to die, and Sasha is willing to help him, on account she grants him his final wish to make it easier to kill him.

Overview:

It’s hard being different, and often being different is enough to make you wish you were dead.

Often we feel as if we are on the outside of everything, somehow different but expected to be the same as everyone else. Compared to others, this problem is so small. Too small to complain about and often we are made to feel crazy about it because it feels to be of fault of our own. Yet, the world is a small place and you often find friends in the

Sasha and Paul meet at a Depression and Suicidal anonymous meeting, as luck would have it they meet just as Sasha is growing weaker due to refusing to hunt and Paul offers himself as a solution.

Both somehow romantic and charming these two face their problems head on side by side.

I think becomes easier to face the world when you have someone as different as you are on your side. Just because we are sometimes different from everyone else doesn’t mean we are alone. In the end it sends a message that just because you are expected to follow the rules doesn't mean you can't change the rules for the better.

Ok, time to Keep it Reel.

Score: 7/10

An enjoyable watch with a slow burn pace. This movie's story line is smooth and the story progresses nicely.

Pleasant to watch with nice camera work and lighting that sets the tone of the film giving the film a nice moody angsty tone.

I really liked how their relationship developed and how they found a solution to both of their problems together.

Satisfactory ending.

I enjoyed both of these actors’ performances and look forward to seeing them in more projects in the future.

I would recommend watching this for someone looking for a feel good movie with a slow-burning pace. Overall, I’m glad I watched this movie. I would defiantly watch it again.
